0.84 Matte New Material
0.84 matte new material, but the cross-section of the finished card may have some color of the card's base color. Please inform the customer in advance.
0.8 Brushed Gold
The material is black when viewed from the side, and the surface is brushed gold. The color is different in different lights.

The material is black when viewed from the side, and the surface is laser silver. The color is different in different lights.

Three-Dimensional Embossing
- The part that needs to be embossed must be designed as a vector file;
- The text or pattern that needs to be embossed must be clearly marked and the post-processing surface number must be selected properly;
- The non-embossed part will be normally printed flat;
- It belongs to UV printing, and there will be an ink smell. Those who mind should be cautious.

Size Design:
The file for ordering must be designed to be 88.5X57MM/103X72MM/123X83MM/133X93MM in size. Place the front and back, left and right. The text content you want must be at least 4MM away from the edge. And be sure to delete the unnecessary finished product line file. Please be sure to design a right-angled file. We will cut it with rounded corners and ship it.
Post-Processing Information:
Three-dimensional embossing makes the text and picture more three-dimensional. Three-dimensional embossing UV is to apply another layer of glossy oil on the basis of embossing, making it more three-dimensional and bright. The non-embossed part will be normally printed flat.
Common File Problems:
The part that needs to be embossed must be designed as a vector file. The embossed UV line is at least 0.2MM, and the thickest is not more than 3MM. The stroke gap is at least 0.2MM, and the minimum font size is 6. The embossing/UV can be next to the finished product edge, but there is a 1-2MM error in die-cutting. Please inform the customer in advance.

PVC is automatically processed. For the efficiency of you and me, please abide by the following rules!
