File Design Guidelines: 1. Avoid using large areas of dark color blocks on textured paper to prevent affecting paper texture or causing color powder drop and white spots. 2. If there are color bars/borders around the file, uneven margins will occur, which are visually noticeable below 2mm. 3. For colored materials, design the file with a white background. 4. For textured paper, the finished product's grain direction (horizontal/vertical) is random. 5. Image format printing effects are not clear, especially text parts, please upload vector files! 6. Paper color and thickness may vary slightly between different batches. 7. QR codes on premium materials are printed in black by default. Please inform customers of the above!

After-Sales Service Timeliness

Please inspect the goods promptly upon receipt for any quality issues and submit an after-sales request within one month. After-sales requests submitted beyond one month will not be processed. Thank you for your understanding!

Color Deviation Issues

  1. Printing uses CMYK four-color offset printing. Please do not use RGB mode or spot colors when filling colors. Do not require printing colors based on screen or printed proof colors. When designing, please refer to color chart values for color fills. Otherwise, after-sales service will not be provided for resulting color deviations.
  2. We strictly adhere to the CMYK color values in the file for printing. However, for the same printed product with different order numbers or produced in different batches, a color deviation of around 10% is normal due to variations in temperature, humidity, and manual operations. Particularly for dark blue, dark green, dark purple, maroon, brown, coffee, and gray — these are considered risky colors. A color deviation of around 5% can be visually noticeable, especially for large solid areas and flat tints. During printing, issues like ink streaks, uneven printing, or color variations within a batch may occur and are unavoidable. After-sales service will not be provided for issues within this range.

Cutting Issues

There is a cutting tolerance of 2 millimeters. Design essential content at least 3 millimeters away from the finished edge (excluding bleed). Especially for designs with colored borders on all sides, uneven cutting may occur and be visually noticeable. Please inform the client in advance. After-sales service will not be provided for issues within this range.

Four-Color Black Text and QR Code Issues

Please design black text and QR codes as solid black (K100, CMY 0). For large-area black, use the color value (K100, C30, M0, Y0). Do not design with four-color black, as it may cause ink smearing and misregistration issues. After-sales service will not be provided if these instructions are not followed.

Filename and Remarks Issues

Order production is based on the selected printing specifications. Filenames and remark information are not used as references for production. Please ensure the correct paper and processes are selected when placing the order. Otherwise, after-sales service will not be provided for resulting losses.

Minor Scratch Issues

PVC cards require a lamination process to achieve glossy, matte, or satin finishes. The post-production involves multiple steps, and friction during transportation can cause minor scratches. Glossy materials do not conceal imperfections; minor scratches on glossy cards are unavoidable, and after-sales service will not be provided. If the client has high requirements, we recommend using matte or satin materials.

Missing Codes and Number Gaps

PVC card production involves many processes. Numbering has a 0.5% wastage rate, and machine numbering may occasionally skip numbers. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that numbers will be completely sequential and continuous. For missing codes, after-sales service will not be provided.

Material Variation Issues

PVC is a plastic product. Material thickness may vary by about 0.02mm between different batches, and color may slightly differ. These are normal phenomena; please inform the client in advance. When thickness exceeds 0.5mm, cards require lamination to be finished. Influenced by factors such as temperature, humidity, surface material, and core material thickness tolerance, cards may have slight unevenness. This is unavoidable, and after-sales service will not be provided. Due to the special properties of the material, the finished product is not guaranteed to be suitable for secondary overprinting. After-sales service will not be provided for such issues.

Regarding Sunlight Resistance

PVC specialty cards are printed using CMYK four-color offset printing, resulting in a relatively thin ink layer. Ultraviolet (UV) rays or rainwater can damage ink stability. Fading will occur faster under strong UV light or frequent rain. If the client requires color sunfastness, we recommend selecting sunlight-resistant ink when placing the order. The sunlight-resistant ink we use has a grade 6 sunfastness rating, and its effectiveness generally lasts 1-3 months.

Regarding Environmental Testing

The following materials require core material lamination and currently do not support environmental testing: 0.32mm matte standard material, 0.76mm glossy new material, 0.76mm matte new material, 0.76mm satin new material, 1mm glossy new material, 1mm matte new material, 1mm satin new material. If the client has high requirements and needs to meet environmental testing standards, please consult our staff separately for calculation and arrangement.

Regarding Ink Smearing Issues

PVC production involves many processes, and there is a certain probability of slight surface dust or ink smearing, especially with glossy materials. For high-demand dark or solid-color cards, achieving zero defects is currently not possible. We recommend informing your client of this situation in advance and合理安排 material and order planning accordingly.

Operating Instructions

First type: completely blank card.

For Android phones, download the APP: NFC Tag Assistant; for Apple phones, you can download the APP: NFC tools. Turn on Bluetooth and NFC functions on the phone, touch the card near the camera on the back of the phone, and start setting the information to be written. Specific operation tutorials can also be searched online, such as Baidu, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, etc.

Second type: self-developed program by Shengtai.

  1. Please ensure that the Bluetooth NFC function of the phone is turned on
  2. Touch the card near the camera on the back of the phone, and the phone display interface is as follows
  3. Select the application scenario, there are 3 functions in total (only one can be set in a single setting). For example: select the electronic business card. Start setting the business card information. (To ensure the security of the card information, you will be prompted to log in with a text message verification for the first setting)
  4. After editing the corresponding information, press save. Touch again, and the display interface is as shown in the following figure. After identifying the electronic business card, you can save the mobile phone number in the business card to the personal address book in time, or you can directly click the WeChat button to add WeChat. (Note: If you need to modify later, be sure to save the final prompt link.)

Number

For the size of 85.5×54mm, code printing and laser code can be made. Code printing is to directly print the finished product according to the font, font size and color designed by the customer.
