File Design Guidelines: 1. Avoid using large areas of dark color blocks on textured paper to prevent affecting paper texture or causing color powder drop and white spots. 2. If there are color bars/borders around the file, uneven margins will occur, which are visually noticeable below 2mm. 3. For colored materials, design the file with a white background. 4. For textured paper, the finished product's grain direction (horizontal/vertical) is random. 5. Image format printing effects are not clear, especially text parts, please upload vector files! 6. Paper color and thickness may vary slightly between different batches. 7. QR codes on premium materials are printed in black by default. Please inform customers of the above!

The most commonly used paper in commercial printing, with the highest usage rate. The paper has a smooth surface, high whiteness, and very good ink absorption and ink setting performance, presenting bright colors.

MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION

I. File Format:

Supports JPG, JPEG, CDR, PDF, AI formats;

For CDR and AI format files, please convert to curves before placing an order. For CDR files, please upload the original version file to avoid file changes;

For Photoshop, please convert to JPG files with a resolution of 300 or above.

II. Order Size:

The input size for ordering does not include the bleed size;

If the file has bleed, the bleed on all sides is 2mm. For example, the finished product is 210×285mm, including bleed is 214×289mm;

To avoid cutting off important content, the design should be at least 3mm away from the finished product edge (excluding bleed);

Conventional sizes of flyers:

A3 conventional size: 420×285mm
A4 conventional size: 285×210mm
A5 conventional size: 210×140mm
For special sizes, please check custom and fill in. The input size for ordering should be consistent with the file size.

III. Printing Color Mode:

Please provide CMYK color mode, high-definition printed JPG files (resolution 300 or above)

IV. Customer Ordering Method:

Only upload the printing file when uploading the file. Do not upload unnecessary files to avoid printing errors;

Please select the corresponding paper and process when placing an order for printing requirements to avoid printing errors.
