Dear customer: Business cards are processed automatically. To improve efficiency for both of us, please follow the following rules!
I. JPG File Standard:
- One file for the front; one file for the back;
- If both sides are the same, copy one file;
- If there is a common side, mark which side is the common side on the file name.
III. Design Considerations for Folded Card Files:
Take the horizontal folded card as an example: Pay attention to the orientation of each page.

ABOUT PACKAGING
The standard size of coated paper business cards is packed as 200 pieces per box, 500 pieces per box, and large cards are packed with packing paper. Coated paper business cards of 20 boxes or more are packed in boxes, and 20 boxes and 50 boxes are packed in exclusive business card boxes.
II. CDR Format File Placement Standard:
- Single-style business card files are placed side by side, placed on the same page, with an interval of more than 5 mm between them. For multiple styles of business cards: on the basis of placing single-style business cards side by side, arrange them downward to form a column. (As shown in the figure)
- Front and back are grouped separately;
- If both sides are the same, copy one side;
- Try not to place content irrelevant to the file outside the finished product.
There are 8 gold stamping colors: bright gold, matte gold, bright silver, red gold, blue gold, green gold, black gold, and antique gold.
Creasing/dotted line: can only be creased once (it is recommended to laminate the crease, otherwise it is easy to have edges peeling).
Punching: only one hole is punched (fixed sizes 3mm/4mm/5mm/6mm), and the position of the hole is at least 4mm from the edge.
Round corner: fixed at 25 degrees (can cut one corner, two corners, three corners, four corners)
Code printing: The code on the business card is a UV code, only black, up to 2 codes can be printed, and both letters and numbers can be printed. (Feature: can skip four or seven)
Design Tips
DESIGN TIPS
- The effective content of the design file must be at least 2mm away from the finished product edge
- Gold stamping file requirements: must be a vector file, the text is not less than 7pt, and the line is not thinner than 0.2mm
- For the long sides of the business card with gold stamping, there must be one place at least 4mm away from the gold stamping plate. For files that need to be fully gold stamped on the left and right, the gold stamping plate needs to be designed with an additional 1.5mm on the left and right; (as shown in the figure)
- At most two colors can be gold stamped on one piece, and the interval between 2 gold stamping colors is at least 2mm.
